What Low Water Pressure Service Covers
Last updated: October 2026
Wyoming Plumbing Pros assesses reported low water pressure and, with your approval, performs the troubleshooting and repair work described in your estimate. Work may address accessible plumbing components connected to the pressure issue. The visit does not automatically include replacement of unrelated fixtures, excavation, concealed-pipe repairs, water-treatment equipment, or work on a public water system; those items require a separate agreement.
Some plumbing work requires permits or qualified contractors. We will identify applicable requirements before regulated work, including Cheyenne plumbing permits and locally adopted International Plumbing Code amendments.
Work must also follow Wyoming plumbing contractor licensing requirements, applicable Wyoming Public Water System Rules, and Safe Drinking Water Act lead restrictions. Relevant authorities may include the City of Cheyenne Building Safety Division, Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality, Wyoming Department of Fire Prevention and Electrical Safety, and the United States Environmental Protection Agency.
OSHA confined-space rules apply to qualifying work when relevant. Permit fees and third-party work are not included unless stated in writing.
Setting, Changing, OR Cancelling a Visit
Appointments are arranged by phone or email, subject to availability. We will confirm the appointment window and any access details we need. Please make sure an adult can provide access to the affected plumbing and tell us about known hazards or unusual site conditions before the visit.
If you need to cancel or change an appointment, contact Wyoming Plumbing Pros as soon as possible using the details in these terms. Any cancellation charge or other fee must be disclosed before it applies; no specific fee is created by this section. Delays caused by weather, emergencies, access problems, or parts availability may require a revised appointment, and we will notify you when practical.
The work is limited to the scope you approve. If inspection shows that additional work is needed, we will explain the change and seek your approval before proceeding. A schedule discussion or site visit does not authorize extra work or change the agreed scope.
Written Quotes, Added Work, and Payment
An estimate describes the work and expected charges based on information available before or during inspection. Conditions inside walls, underground, or otherwise concealed may not be known until work begins. If those conditions affect the proposed work or cost, we will explain the options and provide an updated estimate or written change for approval before doing the additional work.
An estimate is not permission to perform work outside its stated scope. You may ask questions or decline proposed additions; declining may limit what can be repaired during that visit. Taxes, permit charges, materials, or other items will be identified when applicable and included or explained in the estimate or agreement.
Payment is due according to the terms provided with the approved estimate or invoice. We do not state a fixed price, payment schedule, or financing offer here. Please raise any billing question promptly so it can be reviewed against the approved work and records. Payment does not expand the scope of the agreement or waive rights provided by law.
Written Terms Govern Workmanship Coverage
Wyoming Plumbing Pros stands behind workmanship only to the extent described in a written warranty or service agreement provided for the specific job. These general terms do not establish a warranty duration, promise a particular pressure level, or guarantee that a repair will resolve a cause outside the approved scope. Ask us to explain any written coverage before authorizing the work, and keep the agreement and invoice for your records.
Coverage may not apply to problems caused by pre-existing conditions, unrelated plumbing components, misuse, unauthorized changes, or work performed by others after our service. The written warranty will control its actual limits and any required steps for requesting service. Nothing in this section removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
If you believe covered workmanship needs attention, contact us using the information below and describe the work, symptoms, and date of service. We will review the job records and applicable written terms before determining the next steps.
Responsibility for Existing Conditions and Losses
To the extent allowed by law, Wyoming Plumbing Pros’ responsibility for a claim tied to a service visit is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply where the law prohibits it, including liability that cannot legally be restricted. We are not responsible for damage or failure caused by pre-existing defects, concealed conditions, unrelated systems, or work outside the approved scope, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
We will explain when a proposed repair depends on other work or an inspection beyond our scope. Regulated plumbing work must meet applicable Cheyenne permit requirements, locally adopted International Plumbing Code amendments, and Wyoming plumbing contractor licensing rules.
Applicable Wyoming Public Water System Rules and Safe Drinking Water Act lead restrictions also govern relevant work. OSHA confined-space requirements apply only to qualifying work.
These standards do not replace the agreed scope or make us responsible for conditions we did not create or control.
Questions About These Service Terms
For questions about these terms or a service agreement, contact Wyoming Plumbing Pros at (877) 773-0781 or [email protected]. Mail may be sent to Teton Building, 1803-1807 Capitol Ave, Cheyenne, WY. These terms apply to the service relationship unless a separate written agreement controls a specific issue. We may update this page to reflect changes to our practices or applicable requirements.
Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date when provided. Changes apply prospectively and do not alter work already governed by a signed or approved agreement unless you and Wyoming Plumbing Pros agree in writing or the law requires otherwise.
Please contact us if wording is unclear before approving work. We can explain how the terms relate to your estimate, service visit, or written warranty.
